I first have to say the staff here was always patient and professional. They answered all of my questions and concerns to the best of their knowledge. The service they provided was good as well. The lawyers were very forthright and helpful. For a free service the value is there.They got my money from Nissan with a few bumps in the road. It took over two years and whether it was Nissan's fault solely I'm not entirely sure. Regardless, they got it done and the staff was a 10/10!

Very responsive and detailed. I worked with Ivan and Tim for a few years over the pandemic to settle for the money back for a brand new Kia we bought that started giving us problems a year in. I highly recommend their services.
