The Braid Boutique is a salon known for its quality braiding work. Stylists like Kim and others do an excellent and amazing job, creating braids that are flawless, neat, slick, and professional. The work is done right, with results even better than the photo provided. Customers constantly get compliments and leave feeling like a new woman. The braids are noted for their longevity, looking good for many weeks. The overall atmosphere is pleasant, with good, gentle music and friendly, good conversation that makes clients feel truly at ease. The shop is also appreciated for its affordable and lower-than-anticipated prices. Despite the rare scheduling mixup, the high quality of service is a standout. Clients are stunned and happy, and many are long-time customers who won't hesitate to come back and refer others to the shop.
My neighbor is a long time client of Kim's, and so after telling her that my braider takes a very long time to braid (8 hours) what normally should take 5.5, I was looking for a new place. I also said that the braids don't last more than 3 weeks before they look 3 months old.
I came to the shop and made an appointment, and then in a few days was back to see Erika (i may be mispelling her name).
There was a scheduling mixup, but that can easily be overlooked by the quality of her braiding job.
Erika braided my hair flawlessly and it's looked good these whole 7 weeks. I'm literally stunned and so happy. Will definitely be coming back!
Following a last minute cancellation with another stylist, I called around in a panic to every nearby braiding salon hoping someone could accept a walk in. After no success, I called Braids Boutique and spoke to Kim. She had such a warm & pleasant tone over the phone which I appreciated. She called one of her stylists & then called me back to say I could come in the next hour. Jade washed & braided my hair to perfection - neat, slick, professional and even better than the photo. It's been less than 24 hours and I've gotten compliments every place I've been since. Plus the price was affordable and actually lower than I anticipated.

I have been going to the braid boutique since it opened and have been getting my braids done by Kim, the owner, for years prior. Every time I leave the shop I feel like a new woman. The braids are always done right, I constantly get compliments and refer people back to the shop. The quality is here!
