I swore off Supercuts years ago after a botched hair cut, but I was feeling kind of desperate today to get my hair done and didn't want to wait a couple weeks to get an appointment at a higher end salon. Jenny answered the phone and was able to get me in for a trim and dye with 15 minutes' notice! I got a good energy from her even from when she answered the phone, which is something I actually take into consideration - I like when the stylist is friendly and seems to appreciate customers. Had a really awesome experience at this Hollywood location!I was helped out by Gladys and I had a great time. I expressed my concern for my damaged hair and regrowth journey and how my hair is thinning at the top. She gave me some really helpful advice and I'm definitely going to implement these tips into my self care and regrowth journey! Gladys knew exactly what to do for my situation and I got a really nice haircut I was super happy with. Feels soooo healthy and new again too!Definitely coming back again! Thank you Gladys!
