The attendants are always friendly and ready to help. The facility is always clean. I don't like that people hang out outside but I know they can't control that as they share the lot. But they don't bother you or at least they didn't bother me. The machines are always clean and they have detergent and other laundry supplies if you run out or need to buy more. They also have snack and beverage machines. And an Atm.
Management on site and they are nice and helpful. She even saw my soap wasn't working and loaded my machine with more. Snacks, soap, even arcade games, all coin or cash operated. You can get coffee. Change machines of course are here and an ATM. Laundry is about five bucks for the small machines in the middle which is all I had. Drying is free if you use the washing machine. Soap about $1-2. Bathrooms broken though, they probably got tired of cleaning it after people trash it to be honest. No ones going out of their way to come here nor am I, but it's around the corner from the South LA animal shelter and I had laundry so here I am. They could use a better rating but I think Yelp is the last thing on people's minds in this neighborhood.
Just because it’s south central doesn’t mean you can’t have a proper working paper towel dispenser, soap dispenser and the nerve to have fabric softener as soap in the bath room . Those are all things that can be replaced with little to no money. Treat your customers better by making sure things at least work. Further more get you some new rugs.
