Ruben, is an interesting guy. Sometimes, he seems open and wants to do business with me, other times he seems stand offish or impatient, or in a rush, to move on to another client he feels is “more important” than me. I think it’s important to MAKE EACH CUSTOMER FEEL WELCOMED AND IMPORTANT if they are putting MONEY in your pocket. That’s crucially important to understand. Overall, Ruben keeps the place very clean and tidy (I like that). He seems very organized (I like that). He’s a bit more expensive than other dry cleaners I’ve gone to, but he seem to get the job done well (at least for me) overall, each time I’ve gone there. Highly recommend!It was my first time using their dry cleaning services. Ruben is so kind and knowledgeable, I brought my white parachute cloud quilt in a king size for its first dry cleaning, he was transparent with pricing ($54) and let me know it would be ready for pickup in 2-3 days. I got a text when it was ready and it was done in 3 days! Glad I went with them and called them in advance to ask questions. The quilt was returned in beautiful condition. He even opened up my quilt comforter before giving it to me, to see if there was any stains still remaining and showed me while I was there, and before paying.I'll definitely return for future dry cleaning services...read full review
