This company doesn't know what they are doing. I researched online to see which company has a dehumidifier to work on a client's water damaged property. Lowe's was out. Home Depot didn't have any either. Their entire shelves were empty due to the 3 days of rain. I did another search on Google using the keywords "dehumidifier near me". Sunbelt came up so I called them before driving to their office. The guy on the phone said yes we have a 10 gallon dehumidifier. I said ok. Hold it for me. I am driving from the Home Depot on Figuora and will be there in about 10 minutes. When I arrived I told them what I was there for so the front desk guy charged my credit card...read full review

Prior to Sunbelt Rentals it was called BJ Rentals they were the bomb! Now that Sunbelt Rentals has taken over they are very discouraging. They charge way too much money to rent machinery. I've been in business for 43 years and I just rented from them I rented a boom lift and they charged me $1045 for one hour of use the delivery and pick up fee tax and city charges was more expensive than renting the machine. They basically charge double of what everybody else charges! What an effing rip off I do not recommend Sunbelt Rentals!!!! One hour of use for $1045 is highway robbery I am just blown away.

Rented a lift for a week. It wouldn't start in their yard, dead battery. They jumped it and said after runs a few minutes it would be fine. It wasn't. Stuck on the trailer and no way to jump it, had to get another lift from someone that was open. Returned Monday morning and they could care less, charging my credit card in full.
