We contact the company for an estimate: they were highly responsive and came out within a few hours. We had the utmost pleasure to interact with Nathan who is a very personable and straight forward individual. He explained everything is detail and even gave us some great tips for other parts of the house. We appreciated Nathan's honesty and the non-pushy attitude. Summit Remodeling took care of our new roof. Their crew had the job done in about three days. They took care of the demolition and cleaning in one day. Very clean and organized crew executing the job. They replaced some of the bad wood and facia that was needed. They were very generous with the amount of wood replaced. On day two and three the underliner and shingles were installed. They used top notch materials to get the job done. Lastly, they installed our water gutters and the new roof looks amazing. We needed to get estimates to repair our roof after the Santa Ana winds blew several shingles off. We had five estimates and four of the five said we needed a new roof. The estimates varied quite a bit and the one we chose to do the reroof was half the price of one of the bids and there was also quite a difference in square feet of shingles estimated on the high pitch roof…over 1000 square feet difference! We were comparing the same materials and warranty.
