Horrible horrible She refused to fix my mail after I messed it up. She just put alcohol on it and clear nail polish. Very unprofessional and rude. I don't recommend this place stay away

It was my first time at this establishment and Sarah ( I think the owner) didn't really do what I said. I told her that my nails are already very thin and damaged but instead of being a gentle, she literally hardly surfaced of my nails and made them much more thinner. My nails were torn and painful and some of them started to bleed. The next day, 3 of my nails were already broken and peeled. She didn't listen to me when I warned her at first place and continue to do her thing. She was careless and rude. There is a reason why this place has very low reviews and ratings. I will never ever go here again!

I guess I'm Boo-boo the Fool for not reading the reviews first but the salon I was trying to go to wasn't available for walk-ins so I chanced it. I was just getting acrylics removed so I thought that was pretty low-risk. They do not soak your nails in acetone to remove. They just straight up rip them off with the back of a new acrylic. I thought maybe she was just loosening them but it happened so fast and I was so shocked that I didn't say anything at first. When she got the first set off, my pinky nail was torn super low.
