I work in security and need to consistently have work done on my body to stay sharp. That said, Spa De' LA is the best value for a massage in Los Angeles. The customer service, location, pricing, quality, etc. are outstanding. I have nothing but praise for this business!
Very nice rooms and very good massage! I would definitely recommend this place. I've been to a lot of massage places but, it's hard to find one with a gentle touch and truly leaves me feeling relaxed after :) I'm be coming back soon!
We called to inquire about the review regarding a prescribed tip and the representative shared that there was misunderstanding, that in no way did the staff or the business convey this information. Upon arrival, we were greeted with friendly staff and there was no signage regarding suggested or prescribed tips.
According to www.ef.edu, 10 things no one tells you about tipping in the US- “Estheticians, massages and other special spa moments- The rule of thumb here is 15-20%.”
We were a group of three and were each asked to confirm what type and duration of service we had chosen. We all had wonderful massages and tipped appropriately.
