it’s been a while since i took my clothes here but always had a great experience. however i recently took my daughters brand new baptism dress to get cleaned before the ceremony and while it was a quick turn over, it came back dirty. :( i took multiple dresses at the same time and all came out perfect so i didn’t even bother to do a full check on my daughters dress. it wasn’t until the morning of the ceremony that i realized her dress had black marks on both the front and back and we were already out of town.

Sloan’s was absolutely amazing. We had an emergency with a dress for my mom and Humberto and his team beautifully replaced the zip and did so quickly. They were even kind enough to drop off the completed dress at my hotel. They really saved the day, and have amazing customer service. We also had our dresses steamed, and that was beautifully done. My laundry came back nicely cleaned, expertly folded, wrapped in brown paper and tied with actual string. It was akin to receiving gifts from the past! The place feels as if it's long been part of the original neighborhood too (standout sign, by-name service, etc). I'll be back alright, and next time I'll also bring my dry cleaning!
