Horrible customer service NEVER COMING BACK. Lost my ticket and the lady here proceeded to explain to me why they give tickets out to customers with a huge attitude. Like yea I know how it works, life happens and I lost it. I also came back at the time I was told it would be ready and it wasn’t. There are so many other cleaners nearby, will be going to another place.
The old lady instead of being welcoming, is annoying and snarky. I dread going when she's there. She always asks me for my ticket when she can easily look me up on the computer. Her comments are unnecessary as well. I had enough of her. It's so hard to find a decent cleaners with good customer service around here
Do not use this Dry Cleaner. They leave your clothes dirty , one time they turned one of my white shirts blue . Horrible customer service from the old lady with the white hairService: Clothing alterations & repairs
