I am very happy to have the experience of working with Sir Charles cleaners they are very efficient and very effective Rosa is the general manager there works to see that her clients are well pleased. I've tried Sir Charles four times now and three of them were poor experiences. I would not trust them with anything needing special care and barely with my most basic dry clean items. They tore a well-sewn belt appliqué off my wedding dress and did not get stains out of the hem. They attempted to clean a vintage dress and tore massive holes in the fabric rendering it unwearable (they should have been more forthcoming about their abilities). They could not get a small oil stain out of a cotton coat despite pointing it out for special attention. I'm bummed because their location is so convenient, but I won't be back and wouldn't recommend them.

Reasonably priced, courteous staff, fast turnaround, and my clothes are clean when I get them back. I've not had anything altered here, but I certainly will if I ever need to.Service: Alterations
