First-time customer here, and I found this place online. From the moment I walked in, I could tell the team genuinely cares about both their customers and each other. I wanted my design to be just right, and they happily had me come back to make adjustments until I was completely happy.

I’ve been coming here for a couple years and I always go to Jyoti for my wax. She’s really sweet and friendly so I always have a great, comfortable experience. She’s also very efficient and does a thorough job. I would recommend coming here, especially if you’re at USC it’s pretty convenient.
