I've been going here for two decades! I moved out of the neighborhood for a few years and it was a joyful reunion when I moved back. I'm very skeptical of the few negative review I see on here. They are completely contrary to my 20 years of experience. It's run by the nicest family...really the best experience I've had with any business in Los Angeles. Hope to keep going here for the next twenty years.

I go here regularly for work, and the service has been consistently fast and friendly. I don't know if it's the owner I'm dealing with, but whoever it is goes above and beyond! She always remembers me, greets me warmly, and even went so far as to stitch up a tear in the laundry bag I brought in. Customer service here can't be beat, and that's something you just don't find much these days. Highly recommend!

This is my ONLY trusted dry cleaner/mender/remover of mystery spots in LA. They are experts.., if it can be done, it's done. Trust them when they say that it can't or shouldn't be done. And when they make a mistake or something unforeseen goes wrong, they own up to it right away and make every effort to make it right. The staff and owners are always been kind, attentive and a pleasure to work with!
