Hi I have a Shopify account under my business and I am very frustrated and upset due to an incident that I have been dealing for a week of contacting support via email and having to wait for a response, our account was set up incorrectly and linked to a previous owner with a judgment — someone who has nothing to do with our business. Support has been unhelpful, the issue is ongoing, and our funds are being held due to their inefficiency.
