Took my favorite combat/ jump boots in to have fixed. They put on new soles and zipper pulls for me. They conditioned the leather and kept the well worn patina just the way I like it. Now my comfortable old boots have a new lease on life. Thank you so much!

I completely forgot to pick up my sandals that I left with John for repair—and they had actually been ready for a while 😅

John was kind enough to call and remind me, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to find that level of care and follow-up these days!

I don’t usually write reviews, but this place honestly deserves it.

I brought in a worn-out leather bag and a pair of shoes I was ready to throw away. The bag had peeling edges, faded color, and a broken strap. The shoes were scuffed, uneven, and just looked done. I wasn’t expecting miracles, just something decent.

What I got back was way beyond that.

The bag looked almost brand new. The color was restored evenly, the edges were clean again, and the strap felt even stronger than before. You could tell real care went into the work, not just a quick fix. Same with the shoes. They were polished, repaired, and balanced like they had a second life.
