As someone with black hair, I've had some really awful experiences with bleach and color but she is consistently great at making my hair fun. So I wait until I'm in LA instead of finding someone local to where I live.

Pink. Purple. Blue. Or all of the above. My hair always turns out bright and beautiful. Thank you.
