If I could give a thousand stars I would! I took my mom here to purchase her first wig as a stage IV cancer patient. The moment we walked in we were greeted by Phanuel, who walked us through the entire process with care and kindness. He never tried to upsell, gave us his full attention, and offered us genuine support and compassion. The decision to buy a wig is an emotional one, often following major and difficult life changes, but the staff at Shiva made our experience one of pure joy. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I had Hairyiel extensions (sewed in wefts) placed in December and then retightened a few days ago (about 5 wks after initial placement). The process was seamless, and she was very kind and knowledgeable about the different extension types. In the past I had only tape-ins for years, and eventually stopped a few years ago due to hair loss from the adhesive. These wefts are so much more comfortable and feel/look way more natural. There's no worry of them detaching with hair-washing or drying, and they are completely imperceptible, as opposed to the tapes which could always be seen. The overall experience was excellent and efficient. Thank you!

I took by bestie to get a wig after her 5 week radiation/chemo treatment. She was dreading shopping for wigs but we totally lucked out. First place we went to was Shiva Salon and the person that helped us was amazing. Phanual was very nice and extremely helpful. My friend left with the perfect wig and the smile on her face was priceless. Thank you Phanual, I really appreciate your kindness.
