About Shelter Veterinary
Shelter Veterinary is a small, busy clinic that offers quality care for cats and dogs. The veterinary staff, including Dr. Vardi and Dr. Vetter, are experienced and caring. The clinic provides various services such as spay/neuter surgeries, shots, and regular checkups. They also offer take-home pain meds and antibiotics for an extra charge. The staff is friendly and fair, and they see patients in the order they arrive. Recent reviews highlight the staff’s thorough explanations of at-home care and medications, as well as their kindness and emotional strength in caring for animals. The reception team is courteous, quick to respond, and helpful—sometimes bringing treats and towels for pets. Pet owners appreciate that the clinic is willing to wait for the best care and that the staff work hard despite a high number of patients. Overall, Shelter Veterinary is a recommended place for pet owners, especially for spay/neuter surgeries and regular checkups.
Clean, wonderful staff. Best vet My Cat Gang has ever had is there. We follow him wherever he goes and after our experience in December, it's a no-brainer anyway. I'm a happy cat mom here!
Excellent care with Dr. Adams, whom we've been going to for years. The vet techs are knowledgeable and empathetic. Summer, in the front office, has gone out of her way many times to get info for me.
The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I wish they had an overnight tech for sick or post-surgical animals who have to stay there overnight.
We recently took our dog Bella for an eye infection and dental work. They treated both and she is slowly getting better. Dr. Adam and the staff are friendly, they answer all your questions.
