About shefayoga Venice
Shefayoga Venice is a welcoming yoga studio offering a variety of classes for all levels. The studio strives to create a strong community atmosphere, reminiscent of the magic found in the former Exhale space. Shefayoga believes in a creative, dynamic, and authentic approach to yoga, embracing different styles rather than adhering to one specific method. The spacious studio is kept clean and offers heated rooms for those who prefer it. Many students praise the talented instructors, particularly Danielle Zuccarelli. Her classes are described as transformative, focusing not only on physical strength but also on mental well-being and self-care. Students appreciate her ability to create a supportive and grounding environment, encouraging self-acceptance and inner peace. The studio is more than just a place for yoga; it is a true community hub. Along with heated vinyasa and pilates classes, it offers sound baths, guided meditations, yin classes, and restoratives. There are also events such as ice baths, somatic dance, and emotional release classes with live DJs. The owner Leah is known for fostering connection and creating a non-judgemental space where everyone can find something that suits them. Many members say it’s the anchor of their social and wellness life, with a positive, friendly atmosphere. People often come to Shefayoga Venice feeling hesitant but leave feeling more found and more themselves. The friendly staff and teachers are always helpful and kind, making the experience even more special. The studio has become a place of transformation for many, brightening their days and helping them feel more connected. It’s a place of magic, community, and self-discovery—truly a sign to join.
I was a charter member of Yogaworks from 1987 till they closed their doors in 2023, when I joined Shefa. If Yogaworks reopened today I wouldn't think of leaving Shefa. The facilities and the family-style run operation makes the studio like a second home to me. I have three adult children who followed me to this excellent studio. L A's best yoga studio by far.
My husband Tim and I have had an annual membership at Shefayoga for 2 years and we absolutely LOVE it. It's not like any other studio we have been to. There is such a strong sense of community there. They have many classes a day at all levels. There is meditation, sound baths, hot yoga, etc. there is something for everyone here. All the teachers are experienced and embody the essence of yoga. ?
Way more than a yoga studio, a true place of community. Besides my heated vinyasa and pilates classes I also attend sound baths, guided meditations, yin classes and restoratives. There are all kinds of events ranging from ice baths to somatic dance and emotional release classes with live DJs. The owner Leah is truly a connoisseur of connection. There is something here for everyone in a non-judgemental setting. This place serves as the anchor of my social and wellness life and I can't imagine not going and seeing everyone's smiling faces on a daily basis.
