Awesome work by Marcelo & Erik, they came out and gave our system a full check up which it desperately needed. Marcelo walked me through the checks he was making and explained how things worked and what to keep an eye out for, and then got Erik to come by as well so he could do full check of our ducts to make sure they were performing correctly and optimally laid out. Marcelo also explained the membership program and it's definitely worth the cost and peace of mind knowing I'll have a reminder to do maintenance regularly and not have to remember it on my own. We'll definitely be doing all our HVAC maintenance moving forward with Service Genius. Great experience all around.

They responded right away, their price was great, the appointment happened to the next day. Danny was fantastic. He showed me pictures and explained how my whole system worked. He was polite, efficient, and absolutely wonderful.

Erik, and his manager, Jeff were awesome to work with!! We had our bi-annual cleaning scheduled and Erik came out to inspect, as usually is done. He was courteous, professional, punctual, and thorough with his work. He identified a huge issue with our HVAC system, with rust, water build-up, and even low CO2 leakage. He had his manager Jeff come over and inspect the system as well. What I really appreciated about Jeff and Erik is that they were not trying to "sell" me on a product.
