I made an appointment over the phone here for an annual obgyn exam and to get my prescription refilled.
When I showed up, they acted like I didnt even have an appointment for the annual and said they could fill the prescription but that they would have to see if they could fit me in for the annual and that I would have to go downstairs to schedule it. Then they turned around and said actually we can do it today. I have never been more confused in my life.
I finally got the prescription and they said they don't have the capability to give it my pharmacy themselves. What kind of doctor office can't do that?? I went downstairs and they told me to go to the pharmacy...read full review
This place is really bad. All I wanted was std testing. And they sent me up and down floors, they didn't file my appointment so when I showed up, it was like I didn't have one and had to schedule for another. The doctor made me wait in the waiting room for an hour before I decided to get up and straight up leave. I will never go here again.
This place is the slums . Don't come here if you actually want to be helped. I've been here an hour and haven't seen anyone. Peed in a paper cup with no cover and placed in a slot with 4 other ladies urine . This place needs to be shut down or ran much better . Don't get me started on where they are actually located. They say the 1st floor , security will tell your 4th , sweet lady actually helped me locate where I was going . 2nd floor. First and last time here
