This is the most unprofessional, poorly run medical office I have ever experienced and I can't imagine it could be worse. Even the doctors (though I imagine they might be overworked) are bad and do not follow up or enter in correct information - like my mom's allergy to penicillin. Something as simple as trying to get a prescription correctly submitted is impossible. You can't even access medical records (as they have no online portal and or affiliated with any group that does) and if you e-mail the doctor directly, you are IGNORED. I AM DONE WITH THIS PLACE AND FINDING ANOTHER DOCTOR FOR MY MOTHER.

If I could rate this with zero stars - I would. Terrible at communication and following up - even on urgent needs like a CPAP machine and blood pressure refills. I have no idea why - but it’s not worth it. If you have the option - please, I beg you - go somewhere else.

If I could rate this zero stars - I would. Literally the worst experience I have ever had with a clinic. As someone who has compassion for other human beings, I truly hope you have the option of going somewhere else.I have no idea what causes the issue with this place, but it's not worth sticking around to find out.
