I recently went in for a men's haircut and was pleasantly surprised. They had a friendly dog to greet you, and a tablet set up so you could watch some shows while getting your haircut. Experience was quick and easy. I also appreciate the hair gel they applied for the finishing touch.

2nd visit and they seem very unprofessional and not very customer service oriented. Took several revisions to get the cut right despite showing pictures and giving clear instructions. Each time I ask them to make the correction the main barber seems to have an attitude about it. Not very welcoming will go elsewhere.

Wow! Called this afternoon, got an appointment 2 hours later, and with minimal explanation, Sarah new exactly what I wanted! It's hard to find a stylist who can cut my bob the way I want it, but I'm so happy with the fade and meticulous attention Sarah paid to my bangs and the graduation on the sides. She even used a serum that smoothed and glossed my hair like Louise Brooks. Takes covid safety measures seriously, and makes sure guests are comfortable. Highly recommend!
