Dr Sands helped with immediate relief following an injury taking much care in his approach - I felt like I was in good hands. He was very professional while being friendly, creating a calming environment at his clinic. Through my recovery he provided many suggestions for complementary healthcare and a set of strength building exercises with regular review and correction of my technique. The back-office and admin team have always been very responsive and were initially very helpful when discussing insurance topics. I believe Dr Sands is often available on the quieter days either side of the public holidays. Highly recommended!

Dr. Sands is one of the best chiropractors I know in LA. Not only does he do adjustments for you but he works the muscles with myofascial release beforehand which really makes a difference for me who is naturally tensed. He uses a few other tools that his had under his belt as well. Walking out better than you went in. Consistency is key to your healing journey and I’ve been seeing him for years and I’m in less pain because of him.

Started seeing Adam in 2022 and never looked back. I’ve seen numerous chiropractors and Adam stands out. Not only is he the best chiropractor I’ve visited, his knowledge of health and fitness has helped me elevate my performance and avoid further injury.
