Douglas Dick is a consummate professional. He is educated, current with all the continual changes in the tax rules and is so well backgrounded in his profession - not just the nuts and bolts of putting taxes together, but the strategy to make my current and future tax burden for my personal and several corporate and partnership entities as little as possible. He has an easy to use document upload system that provides security for all the supporting documents that I have to provide as well as notifying him that there are new documents for him to review. There were several years of un-filed taxes when I first came to him. My fault. He was able to guide me through the myriad of IRS and Franchise Tax Board notifications, get my back taxes filed and understand the penalties I had to pay. I trust him with my business tax work, he is truly an asset to me and my business.
