This guy is an unprofessional clown. We met a week ago so he could look at the job and give me a quote. He gave me a quote, accepted the job, and told me he'd send me a contract in a couple of days. He never sent a contract. I didn't hear from him for days. When I text him to follow up, he ghosted me. A week later he declines the job saying the rain pushed him back with his other projects so he wouldn't be able to make my timeline so he'd have to decline. He already ACCEPTED the job. I had a consultation with Jonathan back in March about some concrete work along with new drains that needed to be done in the front of my newly bought house. After comparing with another contractor JP Sanchez's estimate and final cost was much more competitive! The work was done on time with no real issues! He also spent a lot of time answering my questions! I will be using them to also retile two of my balcony floors that have been leaking.
