Beautiful Wedding Floral Designs & Excellent Customer Service If you are looking for a professional florist to design your wedding, look no further. Rosse Flowers did an amazing job creating beautiful floral arrangements for my Pasadena, CA wedding. They also have an excellent team to work with. Valentina was so patient with me in the beginning planning stages of my wedding. She listened and understood my vision. She always followed up with my messages and returned my phone calls. Besides her proactiveness, she was always happy to make helpful suggestions, meet all of my request, and stay within budget. Hanna was also professional and nice to work with as well. The day of my wedding, both Valentina, Hanna, and their team did an amazing job creating the most beautiful and amazing wedding. I appreciate their kindness and making my wedding day extra special. I also received so many compliments from my guests. Again, if there's anyone in need of a florist, this is the place that will not disappoint and will provide quality customer service. The Dash Flowers made two mistakes, which almost destroyed the Rose Flower Arrangements business and also ruined my birthday.. The flower shop corrected their mistakes and took the full responsibility for non-delivery of the initial order. In spite of carelessness and awful work of the Dash Flowers they found the way to redeliver the ordered flowers. The bouquet was beautiful and fresh, it' still pleases my eyes. Thanks a lot for this pretty arrangement.
