Let me preface this by saying I ONLY got acrylic removal as I was short on time
That being said, the service, the efficiency, and the prices are UNBEATABLE
I was a walk in and didn’t have to wait long
My nail tech was patient with me and bubbly AND this may sound silly but I heard the owner over the phone reassuring a client who was on the way probably running late saying “don’t worry, don’t worry, take your time!” and for me customer service is everything, so that was the tipping point for this place passing the vibe check ✅
I had a fantastic experience at Rosa's Nails! LaLa, the nail tech, did an amazing job on my nails. I'm really picky about my manicures, but LaLa was incredibly attentive and detail-oriented. She listened carefully to what I wanted and made sure I was happy with every step of the process. The salon itself was clean, relaxing, and had a great atmosphere. I will definitely be going back to Rosa's Nails and requesting LaLa again!
First time. Was meticulously taken care of for my pedicure. Manicure came out good! Was a Tuesday afternoon so there wasn’t much customers but it’s great because they took a lot of time for mine! Good prices! You have to specify spa and manicure though from manicure and pedicure. Overall, I’d say I’d come again. I didn’t get acrylics or gel so keep in mind I just got regular care and paint. They do cost extra for such. UPDATE: okay so after 3 days the manicure definitely was chipping off. I suggest some gel then however it’s been two weeks and now my pedicure is barely chipping away.
