Good that they returned quickly to fix their own work -- the roof blew off down the street first month it was on. We had independent study done and fewer nails used than code. They overbought insulation and I had to sell it on Craigslist. But 5 years later they returned when we had issue. My family did business with this firm for over 40 years, and when it was sold there were a few kinks to work out I think. They're trying.

The complications involved caused me to have no fewer than 8 companies come out (I called more) and the recommendations ran from a $1800 fix (rooftoppers) to a $35,000 total re-roof and everything in between. I asked for a quote on repairing my roof where water was leaking in through a huge opening in the ridge vent. A salesman shows up and feeds me lies and misinformation about the ridge vent being installed backwards. He promises to get back to me by the end of the day with a quote on the repair costs. He never calls and when I try to reach him a couple of days later, he says he is on the road and he would call me right back. He never called. After many attempts to reach him, he never answers the phone. Checking the state license board, their license is under disciplinary action. Really shady, keep away from this company.
