I would like to sincerely thank the incredible staff at UCLA for the exceptional care and compassion shown to my son, Ajahia. My son suffers from severe autism, and from the very moment we arrived, every single staff member treated him with patience, kindness, understanding, and dignity.
He was placed in the psychiatric area, and throughout the entire experience, the team went above and beyond to make sure he was safe and cared for. Ajahia cried, became overwhelmed, and attempted to escape numerous times, yet not once did the staff lose patience with him. The doctors, nurses, technicians, and even the security guards all worked together tirelessly to comfort him and meet his every need.
I have honestly never experienced such a caring, thoughtful, and attentive medical team in my life. Watching everyone come together to help complete his labs and care for him during such a difficult moment meant more to me than words can express. Their compassion toward children with special needs and their families is truly remarkable.
To the entire UCLA team — thank you for your patience, your professionalism, and the genuine care you showed my son and our family. We will never forget the kindness you extended to us during such a stressful time. You are truly appreciated.

Also she was wearing slippers, ever single time she needed to walk its like the flapping from her slippers had to be known she was coming it was so annoying. She doesn't belong in the ER. The other girls on the other...read full review
If there's what I can control and what I can't, I can't control that UCLA Health performed a spinal tap without making sure I had an order. I also can't control what real money I wasted in ever having a spinal tap as cerebral fluid wasn't tested for MS.
What I can control is never ever again putting my money toward a medical team with the admin skills of a shiny rock.
