I had the best experience with Advantage. I was frantic because my tankless water heater stopped working. Steve the owner sent someone over asap. Victor showed up ready to help. I had put locks on the connections and could not remember the combination but Victor quickly sawed lock off and accessed the problem. He called me over to take a look inside my corrosive unit. It was clear….it would never make hot water again. Victor carefully explained that I needed a new unit. I was impressed at how he had checked everything associated with it; from the hose connections and the water meter all resulting in that I needed another one.
