I have used these guys in the past on several occasions and was quite happy with their services. However, I have tried to utilize them recently on a few occasions and they are significantly more expensive then they were previously. They used to always beat Your mechanic when it came to price. Now they are much higher and even seem to charge a fee to fo the mobile mechanic visit. That is very disappointing to me. I would have continued to use them but the rates are absurd if you ask me. It's too bad because they were good, quick and reasonably priced when I utilized them before.
I returned from vacation with a dead car battery so I reached out to Repair Smith. Michael came over the next morning and communicated an ETA very effectively and he arrived at that time. He talked with me through options, gave me a quote and then completed the battery change. I will certainly use this company again when I am in a bind. It was so convenient that they came to me! Installed a new battery for my vehicle. Tech was very cool, but his boss told him you don't need to register the battery. This isn't my first battery replacement so I was weary.
