My husband and I have been going to Regal Cleaners for years. We appreciate their Sunday service. We like the quality of their work. We've had many items of clothes tailored there before, and are always pleased with the results. They are always very friendly and nice and accommodate special requests when possible. I just got back from visiting them to have several items tailored. The lady who I worked with today was very nice. She had a lovely smile. She carefully took measurements of my clothes and was very helpful to me. I could tell that she really cared about the quality of the work. Because I've been stalling getting my clothes repaired for months (!), I would really like to have those clothes back in a week. She told me that since there is a long weekend coming and they take the clothes to be tailored offsite, it would probably be two weeks. She said that she would ask about the clothes and let me know if any of them could be done by next week. That's really all I can ask for. She was so nice and it was a really good experience. I just wish I had gone there a few months ago when I wouldn't have felt so pressured about the time. Anyway, I highly recommend Regal Cleaners both for their dry cleaning and for their tailoring.

I have been using Regal for several years now. Not only do they do very good work but they are the nicest people around. It brightens my day to interact with Daniel and Noelle! When I have a particular issue with a garment, such as a stain, they troubleshoot with me and the work always comes back great. I am always surprised when I bring in a large pile of clothing and they tell me it will be done tomorrow. I have never had such efficient service. Such a relief to know I can rely on Regal.

I want to give a shout out to Laura & Mike at Regal Cleaners on Pico!! I had an issue with one of my husband's dress shirts that I brought in to get dry cleaned. Laura listened to my issue and I really appreciate the way she handled the situation. It's nice to know that Laura & Mike at Regal Cleaners appreciate their loyal customers!!
