As an avid pilates girlie I am very picky about trainers, studios and all of the details. I took Carina’s class last weekend and was beyond impressed! The studio is vibey, Carina had a great playlist and her attention to the aforementioned details was impeccable. She offered a class that was the perfect combination of challenging and motivating and I left feeling stronger and happier. Highly recommend and suitable for all skill levels.

I have had Carina as a private Pilates instructor for the past couple months, and she is amazing! Her personalized workouts are intense and push me to my limits, but never past those limits. I have seen so much progress with both Pilates and my overall fitness since I started taking lessons with Carina. Beyond that, she is always kind and respectful. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants a great private Pilates instructor.
