Kelly is so talented and makes the whole experience so relaxing. The beds are so comfortable I almost fell asleep. Definitely recommend! This was my second appointment with Kelly, the first time she did both my brow lamination and lash lift + tint and I was obsessed. I've been to other places in Downtown LA, but this is by far my favorite. The tint really locks in the lift! I didn't have to wear makeup on my brows or lashes for such a long time because everything looked so naturally polished.

This time I came back for another lash lift + tint and they look amazing yet again. Confidence booster for sure! I'll definitely be coming back for round two on my brows.

Joyce's touch was so light, I fell asleep while new set of eyelashes were being put on. In the middle of the Financial District, but not on a retail floor, so no homeless or unsavory characters around. Service from all was gracious, and I was so pleased with the natural look of the finished lashes.

I have a been a client of Kelly's for over 10 years (since New York!) and I am often stopped and asked where I get my lashes done. She is the best in the world at what she does and I can attest to it.
