Stopped in after a cross country flight and glad I did. I called to see if they took walk ins on a Saturday afternoon mind you and was told absolutely. Front counter gentleman was extremely polite and professional, showed me to the room and quickly was greeted by Penny. Have to say what a sweet, professional, truly caring woman who asked if I had any injuries (recovering from shoulder surgery about 2 months as of this post). I had an amazing session with my therapist at Sapphire. Hobbled in with a badly pinched nerve in my butt after too much sitting, driving, traveling and earliest schlepping luggage for days of business events..Walked out -- pain free. My therapist was highly skilled and went above and beyond to resolve my problem. Highly recommend this business!
We flew into LA for a concert and decided we needed a massage beforehand. I googled which place was closest to the Westin airport hotel and I saw that Sapphire massage was next door so I booked a couples massage for the next morning. They were so accommodating and got me and my husband in for a 90 minute massage! My husband says it was one of the best massages he has had! Both ladies were so professional and gave amazing massages! Thanks to the manager Amanda for communicating so well and getting us in!
