I don't usually leave reviews but this company is so unprofessional it's actually kind of shocking.. they don't even deserve one star. They don't answer the phones ever even in emergencies. They don't get back to emails. They ignore you. Just a heads up to everyone!! Look elsewhere!!

I've been renting from R&E for years now and wow they're really stepping up their game! All my maintenance issues are addressed quickly now. Shout out to Michael my building supervisor for when there was once a big issue he took care of it quickly and story short I'm so loving my unit now. I really recommend living in the buildings he supervises. Michael is awesome but sadly my building's on-site manager seriously sucks and instead of just speaking with him I have to email the office but hey the receptionist is on it and responds quickly. 4 stars!!

1 star doesnt cut it -worst management I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Their apartment complex on leeward ave in koreatown is disgusting even after all these "repairs" they've been working on. I can never get in contact with management and I've now been hearing rumors they might be ellis acting the place or evicting all the residents to gut the place out fix up the building and charge hire prices. Hopefully I will be able to get in contact with someone to get end my lease and get my deposit back. Terrible in everyway possible trust me do not rent from these people.
