We took our dog to puppy love for the first time today. From the outset, puppy love was professional and communicative. Our groomer, Danniel, sent me video updates throughout the session, so we could see how our dog was doing. We thought this was a great touch, and made us feel at ease with our dog being with a new groomer. There was a slight miscommunication when we booked an appointment, it wasn't mentioned that the groomers had moved out of their space in Little Tokyo. However, Danniel offered to pick up and drop off our dog, for his grooming appointment which was a very nice service. When our dog got home, he looked great and was very happy. Merry Grinchmas! I met Daniel on Weller court and he was super friendly! We talked about his grooming business and he was quick to show me pics and videos of his work, I was able to tell he was very dedicated to his work. I decided to bring my dog in and with Christmas around the corner I asked if he can make him look like a Grinch! When I picked him up OMG i can say they went above and beyond! My husky was not shedding any hair no matter how much I tried he was so clean smelled great and looked like a Grinch!! He sent me pictures and videos of the process so I know he enjoyed it! Thank you Daniel and yanko for taking care of my chulo! I'll definitely be coming back!
Daniel is amazing! My dog is quite reactive and can be noisy. Daniel but him so calm and at ease. Fantastic service, safe and kind handling of pets and just an all around excellent human. Look forward to bringing Archie back again. Thank you!
