Highly recommend! From Lutron lighting control to motorized window shades, whole-home AV and enterprise-grade Wi-Fi, their engineers know their stuff. Every system talks to every other system exactly the way I asked—no “it’ll kind of work” moments. Shalom and his leadership team genuinely follow through on the “concierge support” promise. They guided me through design decisions in their Venice Blvd showroom. Their Powerfull Care program isn’t just window dressing. I’ve had them catch a failing sensor and replace it before I even noticed an issue.
