One customer, a business owner, had a positive experience with Pioneer Paving when they hired them for parking lot maintenance needs. The customer was impressed with the quality of the work, particularly the seal coating and striping, which made the parking lot look brand new and professional. The customer also appreciated the team's courteous, responsive, and professional attitude throughout the process.
Another customer hired Pioneer Paving to repave a common driveway affecting seven houses. The customer noted that the crew completed the job one day ahead of schedule and handled special requests without any issues. However, the customer was not aware that they were responsible for supplying water for the project and would have negotiated a better rate if they had known. The customer also mentioned that the berms created by the crew were not as good as they had hoped.
A third customer hired Pioneer Paving to repair a sidewalk that had been damaged by the removal of two large Ash trees. The customer was pleased with the company's patience in dealing with city inspections and was happy with the final result. Overall, Pioneer Paving & Landscaping is a reputable business that provides high-quality asphalt paving services.
We asked Mark and his crew to fix a driveway apron, tear out an existing patio and walkway, and expand the patio and re-slope the walkway while piping a water drain under the concrete and away from the house. They worked efficiently and completed the job in two days, with expert precision. Excellent work and I highly recommend.

Mark and crew did a very nice job repaving our common driveway. They got the job done one day ahead of schedule. There were 7 houses impacted and Mark handled any special requests without a problem. My only complaint, the bid did not indicate that Pioneer does not supply water to the project. We live in a city where the water is very expensive. I would have negotiated a better rate had I known that fact. Also his berms were not as good as I had hoped they would be. He doesn’t have the equipment to make a uniform shaped berm.
