I like going here to wash my car even late at night because it's out in the open just in case but it doesn't take quarters

Just drive all the way from wherever you are for this type of wash. It’s cheap especially if you bring friends to do everything super fast. Better than 15-20 bucks and getting a mediocre wash without even pressure washing.
