Fantastic! Yesterday I had my hair cut and highlighted by Melissa Gerrard. She listened to what I wanted, really really listened ... and with some kind of artistic hairdressing skill, care and magic... gave me exactly what I imagined. I highly highly recommend her. And she has 20+chickens.
I will definitely be going back to Patrick at Perch! I got a haircut at another salon a few months ago that broke my heart. I went to Perch today to see if anything could be done to fix it. Patrick really took time to listen to what I wanted verses what I got and offered suggestions about how he could improve it. He was patient, attentive, and the cut he gave me is a MILLION times better than what I had before. Patrick's skill as a stylist coupled with his calm and positive attitude just made the anxiety I felt from my prior experience melt away. I can't recommend him highly enough.
Soooo so happy every time I come here (thanks Rory!). I came in with a few pictures of what I wanted, and me and Rory are able to talk it over and see what’s best for me given my hair type and how much maintenance I put into my hair on a day to day basis. Everything is talked through before we do anything and I am always so happy with the result + tips on how to maintain/achieve certain goals with my hair. Price is usually $80-90 before tip, which is definitely worth it to me :-)
