I went in knowing nothing about floating only a recommendation from a friend. I’m 37 weeks pregnant and heard lots of good benefits from the floating. Your staff was great, they greeted me so nicely when I first came in and they got me set up fairly quickly. They took me through the process and I enjoyed it. I feel so relaxed and I honestly can’t wait to go back.

Kaliyah and Bridget helped me and my friend out with our booking and they were both super helpful and friendly! I would highly recommend Pause to my friends and family as the studio and saunas were clean and well maintained.
