Pearl did an amazing job on my patio deck. We used to have an old and cracked concrete pad for the floors and a rotting wood cover on top of it. We were looking to make it a bit more contemporary. With Pearl's help we designed a modern structure covered with stucco and some wood work on top of it for some contrast. This required an actual plan submitted to the city believe it or not but I guess they have to do for the building permit process. It took some time but eventually we got approved. I live in Woodland Hills and I have quite of a large back yard. I was in a desperate need of a Backyard remodeling. Pearl Remodeling planned an amazing layout that included a brand new pool with a baja shelf and spa, a nice real grass patch for picnic and play time, a retaining wall, planters, an outdoor BBQ and gas fire pit and a ground level wood deck. I still need to purchase some new and contemporary patio furniture but I already fell in love with the place and cant wait to entertain. We also did some hardscape work, some contemporary concrete in the front with some storm drain lines that we really needed when it rains heavily. I will happily recommend them to everyone

We highly recommend working with Pearl Remodeling. Our whole experience was very surprisingly pleasant. We added a patio area to the entrance of the house, a beautiful wood fence wall at front, added pony walls around the perimeter of the house, added wood to the roof soffits, and a fresh coat of paint to complete the job. We were really surprised (as was our neighbor) how quickly the whole job went! And their attention to detail & making the customer happy was impressive.
