Had a birthday party and needed a waterslide. Party powers offered a variety of great options and the process of booking was extremely easy and professional. Communication was clear and they arrived promptly. Overall would recommend to anyone looking for good service.

This past week I contracted Party Powers to provide tenting, tables, chairs, linens, etc for my daughter's wedding reception. The reception was held in my backyard and provided an excellent space for the event. In December (the reception was scheduled for 02/03/24), so we had 2 months before the event. David, one of the contract specialist came to the house to measure for the exact specifications for the tent structure. The first thing I noticed was that he had no pen, no paper, and nothing to capture the information. As we walked him through the space he said he was taking "mental notes, and would remember the information. Fast forward to setup day, the day before the reception. The workers arrived with all the material only to find out that Davis had incorrectly measured the space. Because of David's miscalculations, the team had to pivot several times and try to correct David's mistake with their wit and ingenuity. Well, these two guys work there you know what off and they were able to make it work. Although there were several gaps in the tent that allowed some of the weather to come in (I thank God, it stopped raining long enough for the reception to go off) they did a great job of setting the tent up and creating an amazing space. So, I would give the workers a perfect five stars and recommend the company for their professionalism. However, I could not give them a perfect five stars because of David and his miscalculations.
