Park La Brea Dry Cleaners

I have an unpleasant experience with Park La Brea Dry Cleaner. When I want to pick up my jacket, the attendant said that they lost my jacket in the facility. She asked me that she will call in a day or two. After 2 days I came back and she said that they still looking for it. And than she gave me the "customer's claim for lost and damage form". She told me that if they cannot find my jacket, the boss will contact me. At last after few days, the cleaner called and inform me that they found my jacket!I give 3 stars because the attendant being helpful and polite. But so sorry I will never coming back.

They're always on time, items are clean, and prices are good. Can't beat convenience if you live in PLB. Really don't know what all the crankypants folks are talking about.
