I cannot recommend Pacific1 Construction highly enough. Charlie transformed my 1930s detached garage into the office space I’ve been dreaming about for 20 years — and it turned out even better than I imagined. He also replaced my kitchen flooring, installed new doors, and tackled some very old, messy electrical work with skill and patience.
Throughout the entire project, Charlie’s communication, problem-solving skills, and reliability were exceptional. He explained everything clearly, kept me updated, and always showed up when he said he would — rare qualities in the construction world.

I trusted Pacific 1 Construction to completely remodel my home in Redondo Beach, CA. We did the kitchen, 2 bathrooms, build and hookup washer/dryer room, replace plumbing, electrical, fireplace, baseboards, woodwork, refinish hardwood floors and basically take an old home and make it new and they delivered all of this in under 4 months! Sharly has seen it all and done it all when it comes to home renovation…he handled city permits, inspection, had great design suggestions and is hands on with every aspect of the project. Pacific 1 Construction (Charlie Tayeb) did a fantastic job with our 100 year old house. We needed a variety of long overdue repairs and renovations and Charlie had creative ideas and solutions for the wide range of work needed. Charlie was easy to communicate with and was on site to make sure that work was being done to a high standard and that it was completed on time. He and his team are professional and considerate and we are very happy with the results. I highly recommend Pacific 1 Construction and only have good things to say about Charlie and his company! I will definitely use them again for any future projects.
