Robin Grossman is an excellent, responsible, and caring pet sitter. She took care of my cat for the two weeks I was abroad. Robin visited for over an hour ahead of my trip to acquaint herself with my cat and the details related to her care. My cat is skittish and very shy with strangers. After I left, it did not take long for Robin to gain her trust and for the two to become great friends. Robin documented via photo and video every visit, from food to litter box, to videos of playing and being petted. It made me very happy and I felt relieved. My cat takes supplements and Robin dispensed them without fail. I came home to a well-adjusted cat.

Robin is great - professional, detailed and the cats love her. They don’t ever play with anyone but us, but somehow she got them to play with her and are happy and relaxed when we come home. Worth every penny.
