I had an amazing experience with the Optometry Center. As a new resident in LA, I was anxious about finding a good optometrist amongst the many options. I went with the Optometry Center and consider myself lucky They were very flexible with scheduling an appointment, and minimal wait time in reception. Dr. Tang was personable and evidently very well practiced and the rest of the staff were friendly and professional. Would recommend to anyone looking for great eye care in the area.
I've been going here since 2018 and Dr. Tang is great.I wish their customer service was better though, things just seem slow in-person and they barely answer their phones, so I've found it hard to get in touch. Once you're there though, everyone is kind and helpful but there is just a lag when it comes to communicating perhaps and getting things up to speed.
